She is the lay executive officer of the Church and presides at all church meetings.
The Church Council consists of the officers of the Church (Moderator, Vice Moderator, Treasurer, Financial Secretary and Clerk), and the Chair-Persons of all Ministries.

The Council manages the day to day operations of Trinity.  They decide all issues related to general Church policies (except for those issues that require the will of members in an all church meeting as defined in our ByLaws) and the Council are the people who manage matters related to the general mission and welfare of Trinity Church, UCC.
